About Haley Hornsby

Licensed Professional Counselor

My name is Haley Hornsby and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Williamsburg Youth Counseling. As a Williamsburg native, I am excited to be able to give back to the community that gave so much to me. I completed my undergraduate degree from East Carolina University where I studied psychology and criminal justice and received my masters degree from Northwestern University where I received a degree in mental health counseling with a specialty in children and adolescents. Throughout my personal life and my schooling, I have seen how beneficial counseling can be. My area of work focuses mostly on individuals between the ages of 11-30. Some of the areas I specialize in are OCD, exposure and response therapy, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self confidence. Life can be challenging at times and sometimes we just need someone to vent to. My role is to provide support to help you or your child navigate those challenges. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband, being outside, working out, and trying new things! I hope to be able to help you on your healing journey, however that may look!

 I knew at a very young age that counseling was going to be my future career.
